Assignment:
VFP recognized the potential they had if they could pivot their sales and marketing strategy from simply manufacturing pre-fab concrete and metal buildings to providing fully integrated plug-and-play solutions for their customers. By realigning their marketing messaging and providing content and collateral that communicated the value proposition of a fully integrated solution, VFP has been able to recognize double-digit growth in the past 4 years. Today, they continue to expand their capabilities with Kudzu acting as their in-house marketing department.
