The Big Idea
For over 15 years, Bright Star Touring Theatre has dazzled and excited audiences from across the globe, providing interactive and impactful shows, programs and workshops that engage and delight showgoers. Their storytelling style and one-of-a-kind, dramatic programming to teach, inspire and develop critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity. As the breadth of their programs expands and the number of tours continues to rise, they would like to increase the exposure of all of their programs, including customized curriculum for camp programs, intensive residencies and international productions.
The Strategy
In order to increase the exposure of specific Bright Star directives, including camp programs, customized curriculum, residencies and international productions, we recommended tactics to support these initiatives such as an updated show catalog, direct mailers, program handouts and website updates.
The Impact
Bright Star has seen tremendous growth over the past few years. This is, in part, because we moved up their catalog mailing schedule by a few months and implemented a schedule for online updates. By doing this, they are able to get information into the hands of decision-makers a lot faster and ahead of other programs competing for the same resources. Overall, Bright Star continues to expand their touring schedule and add new programs.
